This 6 x 6 inch watercolour artwork is from the series “Healing Landscapes”; a series of paintings which incorporate the patterned flow of growing leaf forms and blossoming petals with the healing power of colour to draw a connection with the emotional landscape . Leni Kae (dip colour therapy) applies colour science to this series.

  • Return & Exchange Policy

    A. Returns or Exchanges for Change of Mind

    (Ready-made artworks only)

    A 7 day cooling off period applies to ready-made artworks purchased. Within this period you can return the artwork to the artist for an exchange or refund.  Exchanges can only be made with other ready-made and available artworks.

    ​

    1. You must email within 7 days of receiving your artwork stating that you wish you return the artwork. Requests for exchange or return outside of this period are not accepted.
    2. Packaging, shipping and insurance of the artwork back to the artist is at the customer's expense. The artwork must be packaged securely and will be picked up using the artist's chosen courier service.
    3. The artwork must be returned in the same condition as it was sent to you, in order to receive a refund or exchange.

     

    B. Damage in Transit

     

    The artist  takes every care to package your artwork safely, and use postal services or professional couriers who handle fragile goods. If however, your artwork has been damaged in transit, or if you suspect your artwork has been damaged in transit, you must notify the artist immediately within 24 hours of receipt of the artwork. 

     

    The below are required as evidence of the damage, and will be the quickest way to start the process of refund and exchange:

    1. Take a photo of the damaged box or parcel PRIOR to opening it
    2. Take a photo of the internal packaging (still bubble-wrapped)
    3. Take a photo of the artwork once opened
    4. Email the photos to the artist
